Lung Power Comes First

Having Lung Power comes in handy in a lot of situations.
For example: It allows you to hold your breath
under water for extended periods of time (which is always
to a good thing to be able to do), you can run your fastest
without stopping for longer periods of time, and you’ll be
able to continue intense weight-lifting a long time - giving
you better results in the process.

Having lung power allows you to continue high-impact,
intense training for extended periods of time - and
that’s why you must build you lung power before any
other area of your body.

Sure, a person who skips building his lung power can
just start training at any given time, but his training
will have little-to-no effect on him because he’ll be
winded within the first few minutes, if he even lasts
that long. He won’t be able to last long enough
to really feel the burn because he’ll run out of breath too
early. What good would it do if you were to start an intense
training regimen and get excited about it, only to not be able
to follow it because of your lack of stamina.

Lung Power improves your stamina, and stamina is needed
in order for you to last longer in any workout routine.

Now, a person who chooses to build his lung power first,
before jumping right into intense physical training, will get
stronger a lot quicker and his physical training will start off
much easier for him because he’ll be starting off with a good
amount of stamina. This is a very good thing because most
people like to give up early if their training is too hard at first.
They lose motivation and go back to the unhealthy way they
were living. But if you concentrate strictly on improving your
lung power FIRST and then start physically training your body,
your results will be much better and will arrive much quicker.

So concentrate on your lung power before anything else if
you want to see maximum results.

Don’t know how to improve your lung power? Fear Not!
