In the days when you could eat just about everything with out gaining weight, what took up a good portion of your day? Playing of coarse. You were constantly on the move. B vitamins are easy to get if you eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Veggies are particularly good.

Up your water intake. Even being mildly dehydrated can make your metabolism slow down to a crawl. Drink before you are thirsty as thirst already signals that you are dehydrated. Not a real fan of plain water? Although plain water is the best for hydration you can also use products like Crystal Light to flavor your water.
There has also been a buzz around tea, green tea in particular. Green tea is not only a good source of antioxidants but it also getting some press about being able to raise metabolism a bit without the anxiety and nervousness that many highly caffeinated products can cause.
