The one last thing you ever want to have at the end of the day is migraine headache. Food like nuts, chocolate, coffee, wheat, chess and other dairy products, hot dogs, and luncheon meats contain nitrites, citrus, MSG, and alcohol that is bad for headache. Then dry off, dress and relax in bed. People who can stand this will improve their blood circulation and reduce head congestion and pain which causes migraine headache. This method is definitely not for everyone as some people are hypersensitive to heat and cold when they have headache, so try not to do this if you cannot stand it.
