See How Easily You Can Reverse The Look Of Aging

As it turns out, a major component we see and call aging is simply the cells on the surface of our skin becoming damaged and as a result deteriorate, worsening over time. This initial damage is caused by something called a free radical, which attaches itself to healthy cells and causes them to function improperly, ultimately resulting in their destruction or the look of aging.

So basically, we are attacked by these free radicals that we obtain through food, air, etc. and once absorbed they begin to cling to our healthy cells causing them to become unhealthy.

Wow! The look of aging does not have to be accepted as a result of years past.

So what do we do about it? Well, one logical explanation I thought of, is to stop the absorption of the free radical in the first place. Once realizing that is close to impossible, since free radicals are absorbed through food, air, etc., I moved on. Next I thought, let’s stop the free radicals from clinging to my cells. OK. How?

Well, I learned that antioxidants stop and reverse the effects of free radical damage or, amongst other things, the look of aging. So now your asking where do I get them? It turns out that it is in a lot of the make up advertised. All those anti-aging make ups actually contain antioxidants. So at least we know its real and one place to get it. But what about the men or the all-natural woman?

Well it seems that we can also obtain vital antioxidants through foods. Some great foods that are rich in antioxidants are berries, adding whole berries to yogurts or salads; broccoli, steam cook fresh broccoli; or red grapes, simply as a snack. These three food items alone can add a noticeable difference to your antioxidant intake. Make a conscious decision to increase your antioxidant intake and see how easily you can reverse the look of aging.

Acne Skin Care Products - Do They Really Work?

When an acne sufferer first decides to do something about their problem, one of the first things they turn to is acne skin care products. And some people have great success with them, especially if they only have mild acne.

But often, people have little success with them, for a variety of reasons.

One of the most common reasons why a skin care product isn’t curing your acne is because you are expecting too much from it. This can often be the case with some over-the-counter cleansers.

Some people will keep trying to use these cleansers regularly, which will eventually aggravate your acne and make it worse.

Sometimes you may have little success with over acne skin care products because you need to regulate the bacteria levels in your skin from the inside, not the outside. What do I mean by this? I mean you need to make sure your nutrition is healthy, that you drink enough water to keep your skin moisturised, and maybe even take some multi-vitamins.

It’s important for you to keep track of the acne skin care products you are using, to make sure you know which opens are working for you or not. This will prevent you from using los of different chemicals and products on your face that aren’t helping, and could be making it worse.

Although chemicals like benzyl peroxide and salicylic acid both work to reduce the bacteria in your skin and exfoliate and cleanse your pores, if you over use them they can make your problem worse.

Now acne skin care products CAN be helpful, but if they aren’t working for you, then you must see your dermatologist for some professional advice. Otherwise you could just be making your acne worse, which in the long run, is very counter-productive to having acne-free skin. Your dermatologist has access to many products which aren’t allowed to be sold over the counter. These treatments may prove to be much more effective for you.
