Do not try any over the counter remedies as this could further promote hair loss and/or possibly cause other complications. Listen to your physician. If you don’t like what you hear, get a second opinion.

Finally, and most importantly, try and remain positive. Write a list of your personal thoughts and feelings about hair loss. Keep track of feelings that may change over time. Be a realist, NOT an extremist. So, you may not be the most gorgeous woman in the world. What woman thinks they are? You’re certainly not the least attractive woman in the world!
